Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness SqWhere SgBuloh, located in Sqwhere Residence SgBuloh.

The Personal Trainer will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and monitoring client progress. Additional responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, providing guidance on proper exercise techniques, and maintaining a motivating and engaging environment. The Personal Trainer will also promote fitness programs and encourage members to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in personal training, fitness coaching, and exercise program development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate clients
  • Knowledge of health and wellness principles, including nutrition and safety standards
  • Certification in personal training, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry or customer service is an advantage
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle
