As Tiram AI enters its pre-seed phase with a completed product ecosystem, we are inviting a strategic co-founder with proven experience in early-stage fundraising, venture networks, and business expansion to join our leadership. This role sits at the intersection of venture strategy, strategic partnerships, and high-level execution.

1. Fundraising & Investor Management

  • Lead the end-to-end pre-seed fundraising process, from investor sourcing to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture funds, family offices, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at meetings, demos, and private investment discussions.
  • Prepare, refine, and present pitch materials with the founding team.

2. Growth Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Shape and execute Tiram AI's go-to-market narrative alongside the CEO.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for regional expansion (MY → ASEAN).
  • Evaluate and negotiate high-value partnerships with studios, production houses, and enterprise clients.

3. Corporate & Operational Leadership

  • Work with the CEO to strengthen corporate governance, financial structure, and investor readiness.
  • Contribute to milestone planning, risk analysis, and capital allocation strategy.
  • Drive execution discipline across fundraising, partnerships, and ecosystem growth.

4. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Development

  • Build visibility for Tiram AI through industry events, panels, and investor networks.
  • Cultivate a strong circle of champions: advisors, talent communities, and early adopters.
  • Maintain high-touch communication with investors to ensure confidence and momentum.

5. High-Impact Execution

  • Operate as a true owner with strong accountability for results.
  • Work hands-on in the early phase while scaling into a senior leadership function as funding closes.
  • Uphold Tiram's brand, culture, and long-term vision with professionalism and integrity.
