Job Title: Project Coordinator (Air Conditioning – AC) – Male Candidates Only

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (AC) to support the planning, execution, and completion of air conditioning (HVAC) projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and compliance with company and safety standards.

Note: This position is open to male candidates only due to site work nature and accommodation arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of HVAC project activities
  • Oversee the operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, ducting)
  • Lead a team of HVAC & refrigeration technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
  • Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and update project timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure materials and manpower are available
  • Perform site visits to monitor work progress and resolve issues
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, audit checklists, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on project updates
  • Support the project team in administrative and technical tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
  • Experience in coordinating HVAC or M&E projects is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites
