Job Description:

·      Serve as the primary technical communication channel for customers. Ensures all of the project's requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly communicated for internal execution

·      In charge of technical discussion during conference call and customer visit

·      Work with customers & internal for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) preparation, engineering build, Design of Experiment (DOE) and process optimization to meet program needs

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely and accurate technical response

·      Coordinates tasks involved within project's multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer overall project success.

·      May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification:

·      Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

·      Proficient in English, Malay & Mandarin both verbal and written. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

·      Willing to travel overseas and work outstation when needed

·      Willing to work overtime when required

·      Proficient in Microsoft office and design software such as AutoCAD

·      Good presentation skills including preparing presentation material

·      Proactive, eager to learn, effective communicator and team player

·      Strong self-motivation and able to work independently as well as in a team

·      Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
