About the role

We are seeking an organized Operation Assistant (E-commerce) to join our dynamic team at Quaine Group. In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily order processing tasks, including fulfilment, delivery schedules and stock management.  

What you'll be doing

  • Process and fulfill orders from e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website etc.
  • Ensure order fulfilments meet quality standards and platform requirements.
  • Handle e-commerce platform operation and assist with customer enquiries when required.
  • Monitor and manage stock inventory.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce assigned by the Management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum qualification: STPM / Foundation / Diploma / Degree.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, proper training and guidance will be provided.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and iPhones is a major plus.
  • Self-motivated and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
