Business Nature: Digital Marketing Agency
Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Responsibilities- Support or lead client relationships with brands, agencies, and social platforms, depending on level.
- Maintain rapport with creators and key accounts to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with creators to develop proposals and content aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee campaign execution, including creative development, video production, and delivery of client assets.
- Assist or manage campaign budgeting, proposal estimating, and account profitability.
- Track campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Coordinate with creators on job assignments, timelines, and proposal creation.
- Take ownership of campaigns, from smaller accounts to larger, strategic clients.
- Mentor and guide junior team members (for Manager level).
- Be self-initiated, detail-oriented, and committed to improving workflows and outcomes.
- 2 - 3 years experiencein Account Servicing, Client Success, or Campaign Management for Assistant Manager level; 4 - 5 years for Manager level. Preferably in a creative, content, or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding and interest in advertising, social media, and consumer trends, especially TikTok.
- Passionate about digital media and content creation for Gen Z and millennials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a proactive, adaptable approach.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, comfortable with client-facing responsibilities.
