Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of copier machines, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their copier machines are functioning optimally.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks on copier machines to identify and resolve potential problems before they lead to breakdowns.
  • Diagnose and repair copier malfunctions, replacing defective components and ensuring the machines meet performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed, using a computerized system.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary items are readily available for repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests, communicating effectively with customers, and resolving their issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Min diploma or equivalent from Polytechnic/ College
  • We welcome applications from both experienced and entry-level candidates
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Possess own transport with valid license ( Motorcycle)
  • Knowledge of networking, printer/scanner set-up is an added advantage.
