  • Schedule & Meeting Management: Organize meetings, site visits, and appointments efficiently.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare itineraries, including last-minute changes.
  • Document & Financial Support: Prepare reports, letters, memos, meeting notes, and assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as point of contact between MD and internal/external parties; filter calls/emails and relay instructions accurately.
  • Task Monitoring: Track deadlines and report progress to ensure timely completion.
  • MD Accompaniment: Attend offsite meetings, site visits, and client appointments; manage documents, logistics, and communications on the go.
  • Flexibility: Available for immediate travel or last-minute assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with finance exposure.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
