This role will provides support to the Commercial Manager /Senior Commercial Manager in matters during the tender submission phase and post contract phase.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the preparation of tender and contracts submission.

  2. Responsible for pre-contract and post contract activities.

  3. To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ)

  4. Conduct and monitor contractual obligation and project compliance in accordance to the clients and consultants' requirements.

  5. Assist in monitoring project cash flow.

  6. Handle progress payment and verify final certificate and payment to Sub-Contractor and supplier.

  7. Evaluate data for project cost estimate.

  8. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.

  9. Performs other responsibilities as assigned by superior time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
