We are seeking a highly motivated, sharp, and detail-oriented Pre-Listing Preparation Specialist to work directly with the CEO. This is not a senior executive role; it is a ground-floor opportunity for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can take initial guidance and then run with projects independently.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks critical to our pre-listing readiness, including:

  1. Documentation & Data Management:

  2. Assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of all necessary documentation for the listing process (financial, legal, corporate governance).

  3. Create and maintain a master checklist and project plan to track all pre-listing tasks and deadlines.

  4. Manage data rooms, ensuring all files are accurately labeled, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant parties.

  5. Research & Analysis:

  6. Conduct targeted research on listing requirements, regulatory standards, and competitor analysis.

  7. Summarize findings into clear, concise memos and presentations for the CEO.

  8. Assist in the preliminary analysis of financial and operational data as directed.

  9. Communication & Coordination:

  10. Act as a central point of contact and coordinate communication between internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external advisors (auditors, lawyers, consultants).

  11. Draft internal and external communications, meeting agendas, and minutes.

  12. Schedule and prepare materials for key meetings with the board, investors, and advisors.

  13. Compliance & Governance Support:

  14. Help in drafting and reviewing company policies and charters to ensure they meet governance standards for a public company.

  15. Track and ensure compliance with action items from legal and financial audits.
