**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute corporate finance strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Assist in the evaluation and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in preparation of comprehensive financial models and presentations for investment proposals, financing arrangements, and other corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate due diligence processes for potential transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough analysis and risk assessment.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other external partners facilitate capital raising activities and maintain strong financial credibility.
- Support the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and other communication materials related to corporate finance matters.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct superiors from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR**

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- At least 1-3 Years working experiences.

**REQUIRED LANGUAGE**
- Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin will be added advantage.

**WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY**
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,133.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
