**Corporate Finance Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare financial models and undertake economic and financial feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
- To assist in reviewing investment and acquisition proposals as well as assisting in market research for potential opportunities and projects or new ventures.
- To assist in company and business valuation, project valuation, transaction and conducting discounted cash flow analysis for project proposals.
- Preparing business presentations to clients and government departments.
- To work with project team to come up with detailed proposals (especially on the business model and financial feasibility).
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events as necessary.
- To maintain, administer the company’s social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Masters qualification in Financial/Accountancy or Engineering.
- ACCA, CIMA is an added advantage.
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in related fields.
- Good with financial modelling (Excel) and numbers.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy industry and its current developments would be an added advantage.
- Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Good time management and organization skills
- Socially adaptable & conversant with social media platforms.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
