Responsible in preparation of cash flow projection, corporate profile, working papers in relation to new business deals expansion and corporate matters.
- Conduct risk assessment, research analysis, developing solutions and provide support in discussion of new business or meger & acquisition opportunities and potential business deals.
- Liaison with external advisors, auditors, secretary, solicitors, investment bank/ commercial bank/ financial institutions and other related working parties with regard to the implementation and execution of engagement or projects
- Ensure correspondence and documents in relation to engagement are filled electronically and/ or hardcopies and reported in accordance with good corporate governance and compliance
- Synchronise and cooperate with other departments for gathering financial inputs and assumptions in preparation of financial models. Communicate progress and escalate issues/ problems to project lead for resolution and awareness
- Involve in carrying out due diligence process, post-acquisition activities and engage continuously in research and compliance
- Ability to seek funding for the organization from commercial bank for project implementation and project financing
- Asist in developing and maintaining a company investor relations plan
- Conducting research on investment portfolios and recommendations
- Deep dive analysis in financial data of overall group and business units/ subsidiaries. Develop incisive analysis and reporting to give insight to business financial performance trends.
- Always alert and keep track of important datelines, resourceful and proactively complete working papers and job assignment, Provide support timely and accurately to Finance Manager
- Keep abreast of rules and regulation of all relevant act, statutory requirements and ensure strict compliance adherence
- Any other assignment given by the management.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirement, Guidelines and Regulations administered by Securities Commission and other relevant corporate and securities legislation would be an added advantage
- Proficient in English and Malay, written and spoken
- Good working knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and other relevant systems
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in corporate finance related field
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, good communication skills and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
