About the Role

KLE ONE SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive (Poultry) to join our team. In this full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the poultry industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships
  2. Identifying and pitching to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales
  3. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction
  4. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  6. Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the poultry or agricultural industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
