  • Responsible for the core finance functions including Statutory and Management Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Taxation, Compliance and Treasury.
  • Oversee financial, accounting, and internal control functions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations process and ensuring they are completed, and all reconciling items appropriately addressed in a timely manner for review.
  • Establish robust accounting processes and regularly review and improve existing procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Manage all aspects of income tax, SST, and other tax compliance.
  • Identify and address potential control weaknesses and manage associated risks.
  • Implement processes to monitor and communicate business risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to identify, measure, and manage organizational risks to enhance performance.
  • Drive continuous process and results improvement through effective planning, performance monitoring, and leadership.
  • Undertake additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by management.
  • Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment required
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization
