REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or relevant working experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • High self-initiatives; computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Familiar with Autocount Software will be an added advantage
  • Billing and invoicing knowledge is required and will be added advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Languages required: Malay & English
  • Candidates who able to work at Subang Jaya, Selangor
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screening and answering all inbound phone calls
  • Performed general administrative duties including the management of internal and external mails
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and make suggestions
  • Responsibility for organizing a filing system
  • To process and coordinate daily sales order
  • To liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order
  • To ensure business to business (B2B) workflow process in order and accurately input data into Account Software and proper filing
  • To prepare proforma invoice after picking up the goods from the warehouse as well as monitor payment received
  • To prepare consignment billing and tax invoicing to customers
