Job Description:

  • Ensure all processes & equipment is setup and ready for production.
  • Verifies all set-up production parameters and procedures are consistent with standards settings.
  • Delegate tasks to operators, having ensured that adequate training is provided.
  • Monitor production outputs, product quality and downtime.
  • Responsible for shifts measures of performance (KPI's).
  • Uses and understands basic computer tools/programs for analyzing results and/or compiling reports.
  • Monitoring of Team Member performance i.e. output, quality, safety, attendance and in conjunction with HR, carry out timely performance appraisals, counseling and disciplinary actions if required.
  • Work as a member of the core team (Leader, Training and Quality) to manage daily line performance, trouble shooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner such as to minimize downtime and support continuous flow.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM
  • Preferably 2 years and above working experience is required in related field
  • Preferably with technical, problem solving method or tools and interaction, communication skills & supervision skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
