Data Center Facility Technical Engineer

Job Description:
Data Center facility maintenance, and issue handling,
Perform as Senior Technical Engineer on overall Data Center Facility maintenance, including but not limited to customer communication and issue handling, routine maintenance operations execution (Software Update, Health Check, Rectification & Precaution, License Management, EOS Management etc.), Special maintenance action execution etc.
Main responsibilities: Data Center Facility Technical Management.
Provide technical solution, solution optimization and hands-on support on Data Center Facility.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, HVAC engineering.
Minimum 3 to 7 years or above of Data Center facility project implementation/Data center planning/Maintenance in Data Center Facility.
Prefer to have Huawei Data Center Facility device operation and maintenance skills and experience.
Strong technical knowledge of Data Center Facility product areas, feature specifications, testing requirements. Such as Modular DC, cooling system, UPS, PDU etc.
Familiar with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PPT etc.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
Excellent Leadership, able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical knowledge of Data Center product areas, feature specifications, testing requirements.
Have a strong personal interest in developing self-professional competencies and skills.
10. Good presentation skill.

12. Business travels to support projects will be required.
