Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day request for change records - create, update and maintain Forward Schedule of Change (FSC).
  • Assist in facilitating CAB assessment including release readiness reviews for deployment readiness into the production environment.
  • Assist in coordinating and communicating change and release management issues/resolutions
  • Assist in change and release management process definition, process improvements and supporting documentation for the process.
  • Assist in interacting with various key stakeholders in governing process adherence and compliance
  • Continually maintain and update the relevant change approval matrix.
  • Work with project teams/assignees to ensure that RFCs/PDRs are updated as per the project plans and activities deployed timely.
  • Track and report on change management metrics to measure the success of deployments and related KPIs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in change management or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in Change Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in change management software and tools will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity will be an added advantage
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
