1. Customer Service

  • Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan memberi layanan pantas.
  • Mengambil order dengan tepat (dine-in / take-away / delivery pick-up).
  • Mengurus sebarang pertanyaan atau aduan pelanggan dengan sopan.

2. Sushi & Beverage Preparation

  • Menyediakan sushi mengikut resepi & SOP Sushi Panda.
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan standard penyediaan makanan.
  • Menyediakan minuman, side dishes, dan memastikan portion tepat.

3. Packing & Take-Away Handling

  • Memastikan semua pesanan take-away/delivery dipacking dengan betul.
  • Menandakan pesanan dengan lengkap (label, sauces, cutleries).
  • Semak pesanan sebelum handing over kepada rider/customer.

4. Cashiering & POS

  • Mengendalikan pembayaran tunai, QR, dan kad dengan tepat.
  • Mengurus kaunter cash, resit, dan rekod transaksi dengan betul.
  • Tutup cash counter mengikut SOP harian.

5. Outlet Cleanliness

  • Membersihkan meja, kerusi, sushi bar, kaunter & dapur.
  • Melakukan rutin opening & closing cleaning setiap hari.
  • Memastikan kebersihan food handling memenuhi standard kebersihan outlet.

6. Stock & Inventory

  • Refill bahan-bahan sushi (nori, rice, fish, sauces, packaging).
  • Membantu menerima stock dari HQ dan memastikan kiraan betul.
  • Melaporkan sebarang kekurangan stock kepada Outlet Manager.

7. Operations & Teamwork

  • Menjalankan tugas mengikut arahan Outlet Manager / Supervisor.
  • Membantu rakan sekerja semasa peak hour.
  • Menjaga disiplin, masa, dan grooming standard Sushi Panda.

8. Safety & Hygiene Compliance

  • Mengikut SOP kebersihan makanan (food handling certificate diutamakan).
  • Memastikan peralatan tajam (pisau, cutting board) digunakan dengan selamat.
  • Melaporkan hazard, kerosakan peralatan, atau insiden dengan segera.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
