As a Retail Assistant ,you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

You will assist with day-to-day operations, including sales support customer service, inventory management and maintaining the boutique visual standards.

You'll work closely with the boutique team to uphold the brand's image and provide a personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Services: Great and assist customers in a friendly ,professional manner, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Sales Support, Assist in driving sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and meeting store sales goals.
  • Inventory Management. Help with stock organization restoking shelves, and keeping inventory record up to date. Assist with receiving and processing deliveries.
  • Visual Merchandising: Help maintain store displays, ensuring they reflect the boutique's style and brand image. Participate in setting up window displays and promotional areas.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system and handle cash, credit and debit card payment.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the boutique is kept clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers. Help with regular cleaning duties throughout the day.
  • Customer feedback: Address customer inquiries, concerns and return in a professional manner. Gather feedback to help improve the customers experience.
  • Skill and Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and stay organized. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Passion for fashion and interest in the boutique's offerings.
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work. Full -time hours including weekends and holidays, depending on store schedule by top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
