Heng Sheng Hardware Sdn Bhd has been a trusted name in the hardware industry for over 28 years, known for reliable service and quality products. We are expanding and looking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Trainee / Sales Assistant to join our team.

You will assist customers, support senior sales staff, and gradually learn to handle retail sales operations confidently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Assistance & Product Learning

  • Welcome and assist customers at the counter with friendly service.
  • Learn product details and recommend suitable items based on customer needs.
  • Support senior staff with product inquiries and sales coordination.

2. Store Operations & Training

  • Assist in cashiering, issuing receipts, and maintaining a tidy store area.
  • Help organize product displays and restock shelves when needed.
  • Participate in training sessions and work towards monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fast learn and willing to adapt to new challenges.
  • Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passionate about retail and product knowledge development.

Working Hours

  • 6 days per week (on shift rotation)
  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including OT when required)
