Kami kini sedang mencari Retail Sales Trainee / Sales Assistant yang berdedikasi dan berorientasikan pelanggan untuk menyertai pasukan kami yang semakin berkembang.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Bantuan Pelanggan & Pembelajaran Produk

  • Menyambut dan membantu pelanggan di kaunter dengan layanan mesra.
  • Mempelajari butiran produk dan mencadangkan item yang sesuai mengikut keperluan pelanggan.
  • Menyokong kakitangan senior dalam pertanyaan produk dan urusan jualan.

2. Operasi Kedai & Latihan

  • Membantu dalam urusan kaunter bayaran, mengeluarkan resit, dan memastikan kawasan jualan sentiasa kemas.
  • Menyusun dan mengisi semula stok produk di rak.
  • Menyertai sesi latihan dan berusaha mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan.

Kelayakan

  • SPM atau kelayakan setaraf.
  • Sedia belajar dan menghadapi cabaran baharu.
  • Mesra, bertanggungjawab dan berorientasikan pelanggan.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan kerja berpasukan yang baik.
  • Berminat untuk mempelajari produk dan bidang jualan runcit.

Waktu Bekerja

  • 6 hari seminggu (mengikut jadual giliran)
  • 8:00 pagi – 6:00 petang (termasuk OT apabila diperlukan)
