  • Assist superiors with daily tasks, including meeting arrangements, scheduling, and other routine responsibilities.
  • Assist with communication, translation, and coordination between departments to promote teamwork and enhance work efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation and management of departmental documents and forms.
  • Handle OA process applications and SAP maintenance, such as purchase orders, travel requests, process route maintenance, weight information maintenance, etc.
  • Issue and distribute work related equipment (Stationary, Smock, etc) to department co-workers.
  • Responsible in handling employee daily attendance record, leave record and other welfares.
  • To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior or management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and copier.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication, with proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Possess strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems and adapt to work under pressure.
  • Aggressive, passionate about work, practical, hardworking, teamwork spirit
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
