Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which APAC plays a critical role. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing intern will work on key missions which support the wider commercial team and at the same time learning about our processes and methodologies to build your knowledge of a complex, global marketing function.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

  • Conduct initial research on new marketing strategies to support category and/or business growth
  • Support the day-to-day marketing responsibilities of the Asia market, working under the direction of the managers
  • Assist with the execution of marketing events and product campaigns
  • Collating copy for specific campaigns and new product launches, ensuring correct approval protocols are followed
  • Analyze data from sales and customer insights to pull out key findings to inform future marketing strategy
  • Act as a runner on TV and photographic shoots for new campaign collateral
  • Assist in preparing for Executive team reviews
  • Obtain sign off on suite of marketing assets such as brochures, press adverts, digital content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance and sales, to coordinate business initiatives

Requirements:

  • Currently studying in University with a relevant degree in Marketing or Business
  • Eagerness to learn and step out of comfort zone
