The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Executive for International Marketing (China, Korea, India, Indonesia & India) to join our dynamic team at City University Malaysia based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our university to international students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract international students to our university programs
  • Manage the university's international marketing budget and monitor performance against targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with international education agents and recruitment partners
  • Organise and attend international education fairs and exhibitions to promote the university
  • Create compelling marketing content including website updates, brochures, and social media posts
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for international student recruitment
  • Provide regular reporting on international student recruitment activities and results

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in international marketing, preferably within the higher education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with international audiences
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently to deliver results
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Adaptable and creative with a passion for international education and student mobility
  • Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills are highly desirable
