Assistant Marketing Manager
who can support strategy, drive execution, and help scale our marketing engine across channels and markets.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more.
• Support performance marketing activities including ad setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting (CAC, CTR, conversions).
• Help build and manage content production—articles, landing pages, creatives, and scripts.
• Maintain and strengthen BJAK's brand voice across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies or freelancers.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and insights reporting.
• Work closely with product, design, and data teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Manage campaign calendars, track performance, and ensure timelines are met.
• Assist with go-to-market (GTM) activities for new product launches and features.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, CRM, etc.
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution or content creation.
• Strong analytical skills—you can interpret data and turn it into action.
• Ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple moving parts.
• Clear, confident communication and strong project management skills.
• Based in Malaysia and open to hybrid work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in tech, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
• Basic experience with creative production (copywriting, visual briefs) or influencer/content collaboration.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members or interns.
