Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing, implementing, and continuously improving project operation and safety monitoring management systems.
  • Developing project construction guidelines and comprehensive risk identification matrices.
  • Organizing the development and revision of HSE (accountability system), technical procedures, and operational protocols.
  • Leading the identification, assessment, and update of company-wide hazards and environmental aspects.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and proactively eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • Managing the distribution and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Organizing and leading fire safety and prevention training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of QHSE management experience within the oil and gas industry, with proven team leadership skills.
  • Certification: Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional).
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems, procedures, and relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management.
