Job Responsibilities

As an
IT Recruiter
, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT technical roles serving for various industries.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to ensure a good match with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking reports using internal tools and ATS.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment specialized in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) domain hiring experience
    .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese due to the business requirement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
