About Job

Job Title: Malay Language Specialist – Localization
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
 

Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, edit, score, translate, and report on content across a wide range of media and content types.

  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing across multiple platforms and environments, including Production, as specified by each project.

  • Identify, report, and document bugs; troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve quality.

  • Collaborate on the development and refinement of style guides and terminology databases to ensure consistency and adherence to project requirements.

  • Support ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, workflows, and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance (QA) or linguistic testing.

  • Native-level fluency in the Malay language (both written and spoken).

  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

  • Proficient in Mac OS/iOS environments.
