Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and host live streaming sessions to promote products and support sales campaigns.
  • Lead and manage a team of live hosts, including training, scheduling, and performance supervision.
  • Ensure all live sessions meet quality standards, follow platform guidelines, and align with brand image.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and popular content formats to increase live stream engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to prepare engaging scripts and visuals for live sessions.
  • Track and report on live stream performance with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs related to live hosting activities to ensure consistency.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks related to live streaming as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in live streaming, hosting, or digital content creation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident on camera.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, live stream formats, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Ability to train and motivate a team to maintain high performance.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
  • Creative and proactive in suggesting content ideas and improvements.
  • Knowledge of platform rules and compliance related to live streaming (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple live sessions and schedules.
  • Flexible and adaptable to ad hoc tasks and fast-changing live streaming environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
