We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team at Green Aquatic Feed (M) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in this role.

About the role

 Recording all journal entries, such as fixed assets depreciation, hire purchase interest, fixedloan interest, salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, on a monthly basis, as well as utilities.

 Maintain accurate general ledger, sales ledger & purchase ledger accounts andintercompanyledgers.

 Ensure timely posting of transactions into the accounting system.

 Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

 Verify supplier invoices and arrange timely payments.

 Reconcile customer and supplier statements.

 Prepare and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

 Monitor cash flow and petty cash disbursements.

 Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.

 Support budget preparation and variance analysis.

 Provide costing information to support manufacturing pricing decisions.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

 Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.

 Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit purposes.

 Ensure effective management of business operations in compliance with GMP, FSA, andISO9001:2015

 Work closely with the production and procurement teams to match purchase orders, deliveryorders, and invoices.

 Coordinate with sales teams to resolve customer billing or payment issues.

 Liaise with company auditors, secretary, tax agent and bankers for relevant matters.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
2. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
3. Generating financial reports and statements for management review
4. Assisting with tax preparation and compliance activities
5. Providing support to the finance team as needed
6. Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and documented properly

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.

 Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance.

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, QuickBooks, or equivalent) andMSExcel.

 Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

 High integrity and a strong sense

AUTHORITY

 Payments & Vouchers: Authorized to prepare and submit payment vouchers andsupportingdocuments for approval.

 Financial Data Access: Granted access to necessary accounting records and systems toperformduties.

 Supplier/Customer Liaison: May communicate directly with suppliers and customers regardinginvoices, payments, or account reconciliations.

 Recommendations: Can recommend process improvements, payment schedules, andcost-savingmeasures to management.

 Compliance: Authorized to ensure proper documentation and adherence to statutoryrequirements before releasing for approval
