Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in East Malaysia.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the East Malaysia market dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing actionable strategies.
