Job description

JOB REQUIREMENT/RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Age 20-25 years old.

  2. Single and can give full commitment to work.

  3. Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Degree.

  4. Stay nearby clinic (PUCHONG).

  5. Receives, screens, interviews and register patients.

  6. To plan and carry out nursing duties and nursing procedures.

  7. To organise and manage clinic day-to-day works.

  8. Able to assist Doctor in treatment room.

  9. Able to dispense medication.

  10. To ensure cleanliness, sterility and maintenance of equipment, treatment room and the entire clinic.

  11. Able to work shift/on-call.

  12. To remain professional and approachable while meeting patients during reception duty.

  13. To perform other tasks when requested.

  14. Able to work as a team and willing to learn and grow together.

  15. Able to communicate at least basic English language.

  16. Basic computer skills is a MUST. (Clinic is fully computerized using integrated system)

Responsibilities:

Social Media Focus: Lead and manage all social media marketing activities, including content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Content Strategy: Develop and implement engaging content strategies to boost clinic visibility and patient engagement.

Patient Communication: Handle inquiries and comments on social media, providing timely responses and fostering positive interactions.

Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing clinic supplies.

Coordination: Work with clinic staff to ensure social media efforts align with overall clinic objectives and promotions.

Reporting: Track and report on social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing and clinic administration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient with social media platforms and management tools.

Enthusiastic about healthcare and patient care.
