Your Mission

• To attend daily muster, verifies attendance and issues work instruction.
• To supervise and direct work activities to meet ascribed standards and quality.
• Responsible to inspect, account, record and dispatch estate's produce as directed.
• Inspects and maintains all records in area of responsibility and perform work according to instruction.
• Responsible for making requisitions, issues and receipt of materials for operation.
• Resolves worker's grievances in accordance with prescribed practices.
• Prepares monthly payroll, costing and relevant monthly reports.
• Ensures compliance to statutory regulation, safety and health (ESH) acts, and related legislations in handling workers' affairs.
• Compliance to statutory regulation, safety and health (ESH) of workers under his supervision.
• Inputs in budget preparation
• Procures knowledge of a body of standard - rules, regulations, procedures, operations, management of division/estate
