Job Description.

Ø  Oversee daily preschool operations and ensure smooth running of all classes.

Ø  Lead, supervise, and motivate teaching staff to maintain high teaching standards.

Ø  Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations (KPM/JPN/Taska/Tadika requirements).

Ø  Manage enrolment, parent communication, and marketing activities.

Ø  Monitor lesson plans, curriculum delivery, and classroom quality.

Ø  Organize events, open days, and professional development for teachers.

Ø  Handle administrative and budgeting tasks efficiently.

Ø  Reading teacher

Ø  Deliver high-quality lessons with accountability for student learning results.

Ø  Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

Ø  Build parent satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback.

Ø  Support student enrolment and retention.

Ø  Conduct activities, workshops, and events that enhance the student learning experience.

Ø  Track student progress and provide feedback to parents regularly.

Entry Requirement's.

  • Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferable. Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP) is advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool teaching or management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
  • Hostel are provided for teachers who are outside the Sungai Petani area. Priority is given to teachers who live in the hostel.
  • Working day will be on Monday - Friday.
