Customer Service

  • Serve customers and provide fashion consultation and product information to the consumers.
  • Diligently apply the selling and customer service skills learned from the training provided by the company at all times.
  • Proactively approach every customer that walks in and make them feel welcome.
  • Engage with customer proactively and help them with their needs.
  • Stay positive and encourage team members to achieve targets together.

Store Housekeeping and Operations

  • Accurately and Promptly update sales transactions in POS.
  • Consistently follow the Store's Operational and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Support and assist in-store clearance promotions.
  • Be a team player by helping with all requests by the Supervisor or Manager.

Merchandising / Display

  • Ensure products are being displayed according to visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Ensure that all products are being tagged with the right price and sensor in accordance to the Store guidelines.
  • Merchandise replenishment, daily stock check and keep tidiness of store room.

Administrative

  • Track and monitor the inventory level and product availability at the store and ensure all stock information are updated on a timely basis for easy access to information.
