What You'll Do

Internal Sales Activities

  • Communicate with customers and distributors to gather key data (applications, end-user details, etc.).
  • Prepare quotations and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotation) to identify sales trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Field Application Engineer (FAE) team to promote additional products and expand business.

RFQ Processing

  • Verify cost price (TP), MOQ, packing details, lead time, country of origin, and market price.
  • Update and maintain RFQ and quotation databases.
  • Issue and manage Quotation Judgment Sheets (QJS) in the ROBIN system for pricing updates and cost adjustments.

Sample Request Management

  • Handle promotional sample requests, create sample invoices, and arrange courier shipments.
  • Coordinate with Sales on sample delivery status and reporting.

Data & Quality Management

  • Gather environmental and specification data via RABIT and New Robin systems.
  • Work closely with the QA team to process and follow up on quality claims.

Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports such as firm order progress, negative margin sales, and corporate presentations.
  • Support business reviews, sales kick-off meetings, and customer visit presentations.

Projects & Sales Support

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and FAE teams to achieve department targets.
  • Provide ongoing support for order processing, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in order processing (EDI/manual input) and delivery schedule management is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented team player with a passion for continuous improvement.
