D. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Prepare and manage product quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Coordinate and follow up on new project developments to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Monitor and follow up on sales orders and shipments with internal and external teams.
  4. Control and monitor material costs to ensure efficiency and competitiveness.
  5. Handle and follow up on after-sales service matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Drive business development activities for assigned customer accounts.
  7. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
  8. Support departmental administrative tasks and provide guidance or training to subordinates.

E. JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

B. Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage.

C. Skills Required:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
