Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, provide training, and supervise overall operations.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and generate reports to aid planning and improve workflow.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Respond to emergencies and conduct daily 6S inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Supervise receiving, storage, and shipment of goods following company procedures.
  • Oversee inventory control, budget planning, and routine stock audits.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals.
  • Willing to travel to China for training (3–6 months) if required.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
