What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage assigned customer territories and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule 5–8 client meetings per day.
  • Develop and register at least 3–4 new customer accounts per month.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with existing clients every 8 weeks.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations (2–4 sessions/month).
  • Carry out site visits and demos at least twice a week.
  • Submit weekly sales plans and expense claims on time.
  • Ensure all client contact information is updated and categorized properly.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven, and meticulous in follow-ups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
    (both spoken and written) – ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.
