Sales Coordinator cum Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and contract preparation.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks such as correspondence, record keeping, and procurement.
  • Work closely with logistics and installation teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth project execution.
  • Assist in marketing activities and event coordination when required.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape, or a related discipline.
  • With 1 year of experience in sales support coordination and office administration, preferably from construction or landscape industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
