Sales Administrator

Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Pick and pack items accurately for customer orders
- Support general office operations when needed
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned by your manager from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Physically fit and comfortable with light manual tasks (e.g. packing, lifting boxes)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales support or warehouse-related tasks
- Able to use Autocount software will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
