About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Account & Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at EK Hitec Corporation Sdn Bhd, based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations, with a focus on Production, Planning & Scheduling.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Accounts and Production departments
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
  • Maintaining accurate production records and schedules
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Providing support in the planning and scheduling of production activities
  • Helping to implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software
  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
