Operations Engineer

Key Accountabilities
The ideal candidate excels at organizing, directing, and coordinating operational functions and activities to ensure uninterrupted operations, optimize production and cost-saving opportunities, and meet production targets in a safe and efficient manner.
- Leverage skills and expertise to optimize production to meet targets through data driven analysis and implementation of improvement programs.
- Perform day-to-day operating parameters monitoring and track production operation KPI.
- Highlight, intervene and provide technical support on any abnormalities related to production, fuel, flaring or any other parameters deviating from normal operating window.
- Develop monitoring sheets / dashboards using available technologies, improvement programs and operating procedures related to the scope.
- Facilitate and coordinate the planning, integration, management and execution of offshore activities, including contract management and tendering exercises.
- Participate in studies, e.g. HAZOP/HAZID, design review and other relevant studies.
- Participate in emergency response team member (EMT)
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 8-10 years' experience in engineering works for oil & gas industry
- Involvement in project planning, scheduling and forecasting for oil & gas industry.
- Experience in data management and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Good written and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with national oil & gas company's established policies and procedures.
