Job Responsibilities

  • Host daily TikTok Live sessions to promote Dsongket's fashion collections (sampin, kurta, and Muslimah attire).
  • Engage with audience naturally — build trust, answer questions, and close sales through storytelling.
  • Create short-form TikTok videos & trending content (unboxing, styling tips, fashion reels, behind-the-scenes).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaign themes, hooks, and storytelling ideas.
  • Track live performance (viewers, conversion, and engagement) and brainstorm improvements.
  • Maintain strong brand image — confident, warm, and respectful to cultural values.

Requirements

  • Confident and expressive in front of the camera (comfortable doing daily Live).
  • Passionate about fashion, traditional wear, and creative storytelling.
  • Experience in TikTok Live, content creation, or sales is an advantage.
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia fluently (English or local dialects are a plus).
  • Consistent, proactive, and willing to learn TikTok sales strategy.
