We're looking for a dedicated
Accounts Executive

What You'll Do

  • Handle the full set of accounts — AR, AP, GL, and monthly financial statements.
  • Manage accounting activities for subsidiary companies, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
  • Analyze financial data to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure proper tax compliance, submissions, and audit documentation.
  • Liaise with auditors and external parties to ensure smooth processes.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Track expenses and ensure compliance with budget policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ACCA, CIMA or similar professional certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role—preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Confident in financial reporting, analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Must be willing to work in Kajang.
