Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Support event marketing efforts, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and outreach. Help with event registrations, guest management, and preparation of event materials.
  • Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Conduct research on event trends, venues, and suppliers to enhance event quality.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong organizer and multitasker with a sharp eye for detail.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
  • A self-starter who can adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work during evenings or weekends when events are held.
  • Most importantly, passionate about event planning and eager to learn, create, and grow

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
