We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our new Engagement Office. This is a real and vital role for someone who enjoys both the creative side of marketing and the practical side of event planning.

You will help us tell the STAS story online and organize events that make a difference for our industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning & Execution:

  2. You will oversee the full event process for STAS activities.

  3. This includes our trade fairs, industry seminars, and member networking sessions.
  4. Your job will be to manage timelines, work with vendors (like venues and caterers), and ensure events run smoothly on the day.

  5. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

  6. You will be the main person managing our LinkedIn page and official website ).

  7. You will create regular posts, news updates, and articles to keep our industry informed and engaged.
  8. You will design and send out email newsletters (EDMs) to promote our events and share industry news with our network.

  9. Marketing & Design Work:

  10. You will create marketing materials like brochures, digital banners, and presentations.

  11. These materials will help explain the value of the programmes to industry network.

4. Teamwork & Coordination:

  • You will work closely with other STAS teams, external partners, and vendors to make sure all projects are completed successfully.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
