You'll be supporting our education consultancy operations while helping us grow our brand through social media and on-ground activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations & documentation
  • Handle enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, emails)
  • Update student records, application forms, and follow-ups
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, events
  • Maintain office cleanliness & basic upkeep
  • Support counsellors and management with admin tasks
  • Assist in planning and posting content on social media platforms
  • Coordinate with designers/creators for marketing materials
  • Help run marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows
  • Collect leads, update CRM sheets, and track results
  • Support digital marketing tasks (basic captions, ideas, trends)

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills (English/Malay/Tamil is a bonus)
  • Basic knowledge of social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Good organisation & time-management
  • Willing to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and team player
