Admin Assistant/Executive

You'll be supporting our education consultancy operations while helping us grow our brand through social media and on-ground activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations & documentation
- Handle enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, emails)
- Update student records, application forms, and follow-ups
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, events
- Maintain office cleanliness & basic upkeep
- Support counsellors and management with admin tasks
- Assist in planning and posting content on social media platforms
- Coordinate with designers/creators for marketing materials
- Help run marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows
- Collect leads, update CRM sheets, and track results
- Support digital marketing tasks (basic captions, ideas, trends)
Requirements
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills (English/Malay/Tamil is a bonus)
- Basic knowledge of social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
- Good organisation & time-management
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and team player
